Two times since November 2025 my Subaru Forester was hit while parked. Both times, I requested that Caliber Collision fix the damages to my vehicle. I am so grateful for making that decision. Both incidents, Dawn was able to help get me scheduled to bring my car in quickly. She went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule and providing me with helpful information about how the whole process would go. The first incident I worked mostly with Bruce. He expertly assessed the damage to my vehicle and quickly got repairs moving forward. The most recent incident, I worked with Bruce (again) and Darrell. Both Bruce and Darrell kept me updated throughout the entire process on the status of my vehicle. I cannot recommend this company enough and specifically working with Dawn, Bruce, and Darrell!! Their customer service is unmatched and they should all be acknowledged!! The 2nd incident I dropped my car off for repairs and I already have it back within the same calendar week, and it looks immaculate, like a brand new vehicle. Thanks you guys for all your help. You made the whole experience of being hit twice within 3 months bearable. I hopefully wont be seeing you again (knock on wood)

What can I say they fixed my car and it looks phenomenal. The inside of my car was trashed since ive been struggling with mental health. They gave me back my car so clean :( bless their hearts. Phenomenal work and crew. Keep of the good work ❤️

Dawn did an amazing job helping me get a piece of my bumper taken off. She was the receptionist and truly helped me as much as she possibly could. She even referred me to someone I could go to for body shop work at a cheaper price without insurance, which I really appreciated. Bruce also did an amazing job with the actual work — everything was handled quickly and professionally. Overall, great service and very kind, helpful staff. I definitely recommend coming here!

Absolutely the worst service and workmanship I have ever experienced in my entire life.PERIOD. I got my car back that wasn’t considered totaled today December 16th. My insurance company dropped it off October 27th exactly 50 days ago. Nothing got fixed correctly. I have tire pressure lights flashing. I am in actual Awh by how bad of an experience this has been. I felt like they had me by the balls for 50 days and I was completely helpless. They did just under 10,000 dollars in repairs. I picked it up. Drove 5 miles down the road and traded it in for 6,000 dollars. Here is some of the workmanship that I noticed in the dark at the gas station. I now have 2 different mirrors the replacement had the writing on it. It’s a bubble mirror. It gives me a headache looking out of it.

I recently had my accidented car repaired at Caliber Collision, and I am super impressed with the results. Their customer service is top-notch. Bruce Vaughn went above and beyond to ensure my car was returned to its original form. Well done, guys! Job well done! I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision. You guys are the best. Thank you, I am truly grateful. Oh, lest I forget, thank you for cleaning the inside and outside of my car—I noticed that as well. I am speechless.
